Mr. Srinivas is the principal sponsor of the Citax group. A serial entrepreneur and investor in people and businesses, Srinivas has demonstrated the ability to spot trends and pursue them aggressively.

His previous businesses include Petra Energy, a commodities trading company with main focus on natural resources with investments in oil assets across West and South Africa in addition to an investment in oilfields in Russia and a refinery in Argentina, which were subsequently sold to a major oil company.

He was also one of the early investors in algorithm based trading for a hedge fund, and offered innovative products including principal protected and insurance backed investment strategies. The Hedge fund consistently generated above average market returns for over 5 years, before he sold the business to global financial services player.

Mr. Srinivas is a professionally qualified pilot, and a management graduate from the Kellogg’s School of Management in the Northwestern University, Chicago. During his free time, Mr. Srinivas enjoys playing golf, listening to jazz music and spending time with his family.

Mr. Giridhar is a seasoned financial services professional with about 25 years of work experience acquired between India, Hong Kong and United Kingdom. His professional roles, most of them with renowned global players in the financial services business, included asset management, private equity and investment banking. Giridhar was most recently the Managing Director and CEO of India for a global mid-market investment bank headquartered in the US.

Mr. Giridhar has an Electrical Engineering degree from Andhra University and a Masters degree in Management from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. He enjoys travelling and photography, and also spends a lot of his free time working with charity organizations particularly in the areas of sociocare, educare and healthcare.

Bhagwan Gawai a well known name in the Oil and Gas industry across the globe. He has over 40 years of corporate experience in Oil & Gas industry and is a recipient of Caltex/Chevron Chairman’s award for excellent performance during the year 1993. His stellar work spans across companies like Larsen & Toubro, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, India, Caltex Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Bahrain And Emirates National Oil Company, Dubai and he has successfully handled various functions like refinery planning, storage terminal operations, supply, operations, distribution, logistics, trading and banking.

Over the decades Bhagwan Gawai has built great relationships and his excellent track record helped him turn into an entrepreneur. In 2002, he founded Saurabh Energy DMCC, Dubai and Dasoff Petroleum Services, Abu Dhabi, UAE

With over 26 years of working experience in Oil & Gas Industry and having worked for Companies like Mazagon Dock Limited (India), Doha Petroleum (Qatar), J. Ray McDermott Middle East (UAE), Global Industries LLC (India), Swiber Contractors Pvt Limited (Singapore), Leighton Contractors Ltd (India & UAE) and Essar Contractors Overseas Ltd (UAE & KUWAIT), Mr Vijay K will be spearheading the Project Management and Development at Citax.

Mr Brian Boydell brings to Citax his significant experience in procurement and procurement management across multiple sectors, particularly in the upstream and downstream oil & gas sector. With over 35 years of experience working with leading companies like KBR, Northridge International, MW Kellogg, Marathon Oil and Fluor, Mr Brian’s able hand will help Citax achieve the goals that are being envisioned.

Over the course of his career that spans 40 years in oil & gas, LNG, refining, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, Mr Cavan McDonald has worked across all phases of a project, from concept through to commissioning and operations.

Cavan worked with MW Kellogg, most recently as the Company Chief Engineer in 2009. His firsthand experience of Indian refining sector during his stint at Foster Wheeler will stand in good stead for Citax.

Mr Bo Van Wijk is a veteran in the oil and gas industry and has expertise and vital experience in corporate finance, trading and commodities.

Mr Bo Van’s worked to manage risk and energy exposure and structure complex project and finance deals for clients related to the oil & gas sector. After serving several companies like Chemical Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Standard Bank London LTD, PetroplusInternational BV and Noble Europe LTD in leadership positions, his 30 years in this sector helped him found Breaking Barriers Ltd, a company specializing in oil & gas advisory services. He has also previously been CEO and co-owner of NimirOil, Dubai.

Mr Bo Van’s emphasis later moved towards E&P transactions, refinery risk management projects, and advisory work, primarily in emerging markets, the FSU and MENA.
